Leandro Netto de Macedo (born 7 May 1979 in Rio de Janeiro), known as Netto, is a Brazilian footballer who plays for Henan Construction F.C. in China, as a centre forward.

He bgin his senior career in 1999 in Portugal playing with Académica de Coimbra in the Liga de Honra (second level) until 2001. During the second half of the 199-2000 season he played with the B team of Deportivo de La Coruña. In summer 2001 he moved to Serbia to play with OFK Beograd in the, back then, First League of FR Yugoslavia.
In summer 2003 he was back in Portugal signing with A.D. Ovarense playing with them the following two seasons in the Liga de Honra. In summer 2005 he signed with Portuguese Liga side Gil Vicente F.C., but in the following winter he returned to Liga de Honra by moving to Leixões S.C.. At the end of the season he moved to C.D. Trofense playing with them during 2006-07 season.
In summer 2007 he left Portugal and signed with Syrian Premier League champions Al-Karamah SC winning with them the double (league and cup) that year. The club had just been AFC Champions League runners-up a year before, and in 2007 Netto helped them reach the quarter-finals.
In 2008 he was bach to Brazil having spells with Mesquita Futebol Clube in the Campeonato Carioca and Brasiliense Futebol Clube in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B.[2]
In 2009 he signed with Henan Construction F.C. helping the newly promoted club to reach their best ever result finishing the 2009 Chinese Super League at 3th. During the following two seasons Netto became standard forward of the club scoring 32 league goals in the 3 Super League seasons.
